The job description of Administrative employee Purchase

As a purchasing employee you ensure a good administrative basis in our CIO Office team. You are dealing with both collection and production orders for specific customers. In your position you have (English & German) contact with suppliers and with customers. you are part of the CIO Office team, in which you will work closely with 9 colleagues and foremost the warehouse colleague. You ensure that all purchase orders arrive on time, complete an correctly, so that all products are delivered to our customers on time.

The main responsibilities of the role can be described as follows:

  • You request offers from our suppliers
  • You ensure that purchase orders are entered correctly and completely in the ERP system
  • You process the suppliers' order confirmations
  • You monitor the agreed delivery dates of the purchase order and act pro-actively if needed
  • You manage the amount of stock an stock movements
  • You support the matching of invoices
  • You perform your duties in a team and in consultation, after a training period you will perform this function independently 

Next to the activities described above you will act as back-up for the Management Assistant. Together with the Management Assistant you will make sure that during holiday's and busy periods the work proceeds as always.

What do we expect from you?

MBO education, preferably in the purchasing area. You can work with Microsoft Office, are Communicative and service-oriented. Excellent command of the Dutch and English language is a must, good command of the German language is a strong advantage. Furthermore you are energetic an a team player
